The Northern Zone Committee of YMCAs Meetings are held three times in a year February, June and September. It is as a forum where member local YMCAs meet to share experiences through reports, deliberations and encouragement on ways of fostering better and effective services to the youth, the less privileged and the society.
Each of the 12 affiliated local YMCAs and 4 upcoming local YMCAs are represented by 4 official delegates which includes the President, Treasurer, Youth Leader and the Executive Secretary. Aside the official delegates, observers are welcome to the meeting for the purpose of learning and development of future leaders for succession. Other official delegates to the Northern Zone meeting includes the Northern Zone elected officers, Chairmen of Technical Working Groups (Committees) and staff.
