- The Northern Zone Committee Meeting of YMCAs meets three (3) times annually (February, June and September) to report, discuss, learn and grow together.
- The Zonal Officers are elected every three years during the Zonal Committee Meeting and can be re-elected only once after expiration of their tenures.
